  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Certain products such as customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@printijconnect.site with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins, and cancellations are not possible.
